Eugene Dizon

Business Manager, Mercury Theater

Eugene has over fifteen years experience in human resources, but began his career in corporate accounting after receiving his BBA in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago In addition to owning and operating a human resource consulting firm, Eugene is also Business Manager at Mercury Theater Chicago. As a professional musical director and album producer for over twenty years, Eugene has received numerous Joseph Jefferson and After Dark Awards and is a member of the Chicago Filipino Hall of Fame. He received the Season of Concern Legacy Award in 2018 for “consistently and passionately being a trailblazer on behalf of Season of Concern.”

Casey B. Hicks

Shareholder, Managing Attorney, Weniberg & Reis Co., LPA

 

Casey earned a BA in Political Science and Law and Society from Purdue University, and her JD from John Marshall Law School. Casey's legal practice focuses on Real Estate Litigation and Defense, including Foreclosure Alternatives. In 2017 MReport Magazine, one of the country's leading sources for mortage banking news, recognized Casey with their Women in Housing Award.

Casey has completed marathons or half marathons in six different states. She lives in Evanston, with her husband Drew.

Drew Hicks

Associate, National Council of State Boards of Nursing

 

Drew, his wife Casey and their two dogs (Buffy and Jackson) are long time residents of Chicago and Evanston. Drew played a critical role in member relations at NCSBN for fourteen years - including the procurement of a $400K License Portability Grant . Drew's role at the council recently shifted to include more direct interaction and support of the work of NCSBN's Board of Directors.

Brenton W. Vincent

Partner, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner

Brent's legal practice spans areas from Real Estate and Commercial Disputes to Energy/Natural Resources and Toxic Tort. Earning his BA from Washington and Lee University, his JD from Northwestern University, Brent serves on numerous foundation and association boards. In 2012 he was recognized with the Leading Lawyers Network Award. Brent lives in Chicago with his wife Liz and their three children.

Elizabeth R. Vincent

Government Affairs Liaison, CCIM Institute

 

Liz and her husband Brent live in North Center with their three children and have lived on the north side of Chicago for over twenty years. Liz received her undergraduate, law and master’s degrees from Northwestern University. Liz has worked in education law, public policy for the City of Chicago and currently in government affairs for the CCIM Institute.
